Personal Statement:
My mission is to create positive change in the world by helping individuals, families, couples, groups, and organizations to embrace diversity, equity, and inclusion, through education, training, counselling, and other culturally relevant forms of support. My goal is to help people understand and address historical and contemporary forms of systemic racism, racial trauma, and other structural inequalities, and to advocate for those who have been historically marginalized and underrepresented. I am happiest when I am helping others, learning new skills, creating art and curriculum, and working towards a more just and equitable society.
