Personal Statement:
It is common for those new to therapy (or returning) to feel both eager to get going and uncomfortable about starting the process (again). Therapy is essentially a personal learning process that we agree to jointly enter into and take responsibility for the progress made to meet the goals identified. It is my professional responsibility to adhere to the code of conduct set out by the regulatory function of the College (OCSWSSW) and support you with your therapy progress.
