A few of my most utilized strategies include: Strength-Based, Solution-Focused, Acceptance and Commitment, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Trauma specific approaches. With the application of these tools, I believe in working collaboratively with you to safely examine experiences that cause pain, and to discover new pathways towards healing and a clear sense of direction in your life.
