I am a dedicated caring person who listens attentively while being compassionate and empathetic towards others. I genuinely love helping others and enjoy all aspects involved in providing the best care for individuals to improve and maintain a healthy mental health lifestyle. Helping others has always been a passion of mine that has developed throughout life experiences and my social work education at the University of Windsor. These life experiences have helped me be a compassionate and empathetic person who can understand many issues a person might be experiencing while providing my services. It is important to me to provide my services in an unbiased, and non-judgmental environment that a client can feel safe and comfortable in while sharing. These services include individual, couples, and family counselling sessions for those experiencing anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship issues, family issues, stress, or trauma. I would be honoured to help find the right path for you.
