Déclaration personnelle:
Wondering when it is a good time to seek counselling? Sometimes we can feel stuck and unable to get out of experiencing 'Big Feelings'. When your usual coping skills are no longer able to help, and these feelings are prolonged and causing problems in your life, then it is a good time to reach out.
