I hold a Master of Social Work degree specializing in Mental Health from the University of Toronto. I am a Registered Social Worker as well as being a Registered Psychotherapist. I am trained in various evidence-based therapies to treatment mood disorders and emotional challenges including a specialized program designed to help children cope with effects of divorce or separation.
