Déclaration personnelle:
Offering a calm and compassionate presence, my style of counselling is with a focus on the dignity and uniqueness of each individual. Life-altering events can affect us all at any time an in different ways. Feelings of helplessness, grief and worry can grip our hearts and overwhelm us. I am informed by trainings in psychodynamic psychotherapy, and I aim to offer a warm, safe, and respectful space to companion clients in their important work. Sessions are tailored to honour mutually agreed upon therapeutic goals. Home visiting may also be more amenable in certain situations. I believe that a good therapist match is essential, and that the timing for change is paramount. If you feel the timing is right and you’d like to consult me by phone to discuss your needs, I would love to hear from you.
