Déclaration personnelle:
I know how important it is that a person feel heard. That's why I listen. I also know that people need to be understood, validated, accepted, encouraged and inspired – and I maintain this focus while guiding people to heal in creative and life-enhancing ways. I believe it’s important to achieve a sense of wellness in all aspect of one’s life: emotionally, psychologically, spiritually, and physically, and recognize that healing one aspect of oneself can strengthen and help heal the Self as a whole. I assist people to explore the issues they identify as most important, and provide them gentle encouragement as they work through the pain they carry and emerge able to engage life in a healthier, happier way.
I have been described as someone who listens and inspires; someone who is direct yet gentle, kind, insightful, and someone who “connect the dots” …creating understanding out of confusion.
