Personal Statement:
My approach to counselling is to guide people in learning to listen to their true innermost self, release constricting patterns in thoughts and emotions, hear solutions from their own inner wisdom, and step into their true potential. My unique capabilities include deep insight and intuition, clear thinking and problem solving, compassion and heart, and an ability to provide a safe space for people's profound inner change. This allows underlying causes of problems to arise, getting to the crux of a problem quickly. People can then take control of their life, making new choices for happiness, growth and abundance. I find that true healing happens on all levels; physical, mental, emotional and spiritual, so use a multi-dimensional approach including counselling and psychotherapy, hypnosis, energy healing and yoga.
