Childhood experiences, as well as current stressors affect our day to day lives, creating each person's circumstances, & their ability to cope with different issues. I approach every client as a unique individual, & therefore gear my approach to their specific needs. Together we can discuss what brings you to counselling, & find solutions to your problems. My goal is to help you to reduce the stress & negativity in your life, & to build a more positive & rewarding one. I offer you compassion, empathy, practicality, &, when appropriate, humour.
