Personal Statement:
I am a social worker with over 14 years experience working with children, teens, adults, and families in community and academic settings. My practice is open to individuals and families who seek support with the issues related to but not limited to anxiety, depression, relationships, stress management, life transitions, parenting, fertility, and trauma. I understand how difficult it can be to reach out for help. My hope is that in working together, you feel safe to explore, learn, unlearn, and feel in control to write a more fulfilling chapter in your life. I will focus on your specific challenges, needs and goals so that tips, techniques and strategies are tailored to best support you and your family’s needs.
