Specialized Training:
My practice includes both individual and couples therapy informed by psychoanalytic psychotherapy and emotionally focused therapy (EFT) for couples and individuals.
I am in the process of becoming a psychoanalyst and I have opened the possibility of meeting people in individual therapy three times a week. Should clients be looking for intensive services, this too is an option.
Personal Statement:
Along with my career working in child and family mental health at the community, school and clinic level, I am passionate about working directly with people. My background continues to carve the path and inform my work with young people, parents and caregivers and communities across life stages and through obstacles. I meet people wherever they are at and who may present with matters such as mental health, identity, family life, sexuality, relationships as well as grief and loss.
