Personal Statement:
Sarah has worked with children, youth, adults, parents, and families in private, community mental health, and residential settings. She has experience supporting clients with challenges such as anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, family conflict, identity concerns, school/work stresses, and trauma.
Sarah strives to create a non-judgemental, warm, and collaborative environment to help clients feel safe and empowered to explore their concerns and achieve their goals. She believes that each of her clients has the strength to achieve their mental health goals and live a happier, healthier life. Her role as a therapist is to provide a safe environment and work with each person to help identify and address any barriers to harnessing that strength.
Sarah tailors her services to each client’s unique hopes, abilities, and challenges. Her practice is also attachment-focused, strength-based, and trauma-informed.
