Hello there, It is never easy to share your thoughts and emotions with someone you do not know well. However, the benefits are worth it: unbiased, non-judgemental, confidential and compassionate qualified support. My role is to provide guidance, help you recognize unhelpful thought and behavioural patterns, and apply techniques and strategies that work. I'll help you feel comfortable by adopting a gradual and reflective approach that is empathetic. We can also dive deeper and strengthen your mental health skills if you think you've done tremendous work along your journey. You decide the pace. It's simple; I want you to see me as your confidante. Let us walk that road together.
