Deanna has experience supporting parents and family members to become their loved ones’ emotion coach and behaviour coach. Deanna works with families and parents looking to improve communication and connection with their loved ones.
Deanna uses an integrative therapeutic approach and has training in a variety of modalities, including: Cognitive Behavioural Therapies (CBT & CBT-E), Dialectical Behavioural Therapies (DBT & RO-DBT), Emotion Focused Family Therapy (EFFT), Family based treatment for Eating Disorders (FBT), and exposure therapy.
