Things don't need to be so difficult. Let's collaborate to help you reach your individualized goals. In this journey together we will integrate evidence-based techniques in an environment of acceptance and openness. While I am primarily offering online appointments, some in-person "walk and talk" spots may be available as well.
My current work focuses mostly on collaborating with individuals to reach individualized goals by integrating evidence-based techniques in an environment of acceptance and openness. I am particularly drawn to Ecotherapy, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, and Contemporary Brief Therapies (Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Brief Narrative Therapy, and Competency-Based Approaches).
