Personal Statement:
Nada believes that life is a journey and therapy is no different. In therapy, Nada will guide you through difficult emotions, encourage and challenge you to take next steps towards healing and growth. Nada will work with you to identify your strengths and build personal understanding and the skills required to move forward in your life. Nada will also work in collaboration with you to build your resilience, set realistic goals and challenge any unhelpful thinking patterns that prevents you from succeeding in your life.
Nada's clinical practice is guided by an anti-oppressive, anti-racist and an intersectional feminist approach that sees personal experiences as linked to social systems (such as racism, patriarchy and sexism).
Nada’s clients often share with her that she truly knows how to ask important and curious questions that leads to meaningful change in their lives. Nada will combine her clinical skills with empathy, care and integrity - and a dash of humor when appropriate - to support you as you seek to gain more clarity in your life. You and Nada will be a good fit if you are self- motivated, self-reflective and ready to make a change in your life.
