Over the past 15 years I have worked in various settings such as, The Children’s Aide Society, as an Addictions and Mental Health Therapist and most recently as an acute care medical social worker. I strongly believe that with the right tools, comapssion and kindness change can happen so individuals will have the coping skills to live their best life. Throughout the the many years of working as as social worker;I have been able to experience and witness the positive changes people can make when provided with the proper support and tools do so.
