I'm trained in CBT, TF-CBT and EMDR. I use an eclectic mix of therapeutic
techniques to create a treatment plan that suits your needs. I am trained in
clinical supervision and offer individual and dyadic virtual supervision to RPs and
RSWs. I am a Yorkville approved supervisor.
I like to use a mix of treatment approaches and therapy techniques depending on
your needs and what you want to work on in therapy. The main techniques I use are
trauma-focused and attachment based. I also use EMDR to treat traumatic memories
and PTSD-like symptoms.
