Personal Statement:
You have taken a great step forward by looking into mental health counselling. I view therapy as a very collaborative process. My goal is to be empathetic, engaging, and to provide a comfortable framework for you to explore the choices and relationships that are most important to you. Together we will develop a treatment plan that best meets your needs. My therapeutic approach is warm and non-judgemental, which I balance with direct and open conversation. I am driven in my work to empower people to discover and enhance their personal strengths, and use these skills to reach their goals.
If you or your child are experiencing anxiety, depression, self injurious behaviour, relationship issues, substance use concerns, self-esteem, trauma, or just need to find a way to stop feeling 'stuck'... please connect with me.
