Personal Statement:
Using an evidence-based approach, I'm happy to assist my clients in improving and discovering helpful ways in coping with such challenges as depression, anxiety, conflict in the family, relationship challenges, and caregiver burnout. I also support adults, youth and children as they navigate the effects of domestic abuse and sexual assault. I am committed to working collaboratively with my clients, and to provide a warm, non-judgemental and therapeutic environment where together we can work toward mutually established goals.
