Personal Statement:
Judy believes that we are all “In Recovery” from something whether it is from addictions, workaholism, disordered eating, stress, trauma, grief, abuse, ill health, broken-hearts………. Being “In Recovery” to her simply means, becoming aware of behaviours/thoughts/feelings that hurt us at the core of our being and then committing to a new path of change/growth and healing.
