As a Registered Social Worker (RSW), with a Masters of Social Work (MSW) specializing in Mental Health, I also hold an Honours Bachelor of Arts (HBA) in English Literature and Aboriginal Studies. I work with a range of evidence informed, culturally relevant and sensitive therapeutic methods to meet individual client needs including Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR ) to work with fears, phobias and traumatic stress (PTSD), Attachment and Life Transitions. I’m certified as an Insights Practitioner, a behavioural insight resource and to deliver Career and Life Counselling ©BBM workshops and hold a certificate in Human Resources Management.
Prior to obtaining my Masters in Social work, I combined part-time studies with a full-time, senior leadership Human Resources career facilitating organizational transitions, training and education, career and life coaching and counseling programs as well as managing retention and rewards management, and all employment, labour, human rights and workplace safety practices.

With over 25 years of professional, practical corporate and counselling experience, I focus on attachment, identity, relationships, life transitions, trauma and loss. As an adoptee, I also work with Adoptees and family members within original and adoptive families. I’m both empathetic and pragmatic and have a range of academic, artistic, cultural and lived experience that informs both my approach to therapeutic practices and the relationships we have with ourselves and each other.
