I offer assessment, treatment and consultation services. I provide general mental health services with a specialization in eating disorders treating children, adolescents and adults. I am formally trained and receive ongoing training and supervision in Family-Based Treatment (FBT) for eating disorders and Emotion-Focused Family Therapy (EFFT). I work from a Health At Every Size (HAES) and trauma-informed framework and use a variety of evidence-based and creative treatment modalities depending on client needs.

12 years of experience working with eating disorders and other mental health issues in a variety of areas including education, prevention, advocacy and treatment. My clinical experience over the last 4 years includes working in a variety of settings such as:
Outpatient children’s mental health and mental health and justice clinics; Residential adult eating disorders, trauma, mood and anxiety programs and Inpatient paediatric eating disorders and mental health units. Education: Bachelors of Honours Psychology and Family Relations/Human; and Development from the University of Guelph; Masters of Social Work, specializing in individuals, families and groups from Wilfrid Laurier University. Memberships: Ontario College of Social Workers; Ontario Association of Social Workers; Ontario Community Outreach Program for Eating Disorders; and Waterloo Wellington Eating Disorders Coalition.
