Personal Statement:
Nicole Meister operates from a whole person perspective and believes that people do not need to be fixed. Using a variety of approaches, including narrative therapy, mindfulness tools, life skill development, and feminist theory (a look at equity in our society), clients find they are well supported to address challenges and make positive changes in their lives.
A unique aspect offered by Nicole Meister is the opportunity to include Equine Facilitated Wellness approaches into your therapy experience. You will explore areas of personal growth, leadership, and transformation through the healing and teaching wisdom of the horse. Step out of the chaos of your everyday life and engage in the natural and peaceful practice of therapy with horses.
