Personal Statement:
Married over 30 years, with 2 grown children, 1 grown stepson and 6 grandchildren. I have also had experience as a foster parent to an eight year old boy until he could return to his family. I enjoy portrait drawing, Nia, swimming and volunteering. I have made a point of meeting the Indigenous people of the many places I have visited in the world. Canadian born, I have lived in Australia (doing Community Development) and the USA (Youth & Family counsellor, School counsellor), and have offered courses & service in Romania, India, Burma Tanzania & Zambia, to name a few.
